The British media reports things the American media doesn’t.  It’s better. 

BBC:  “The semi-official Tasnim news agency said Iran had for the first time used Fattah hypersonic missiles that it claimed “cannot be intercepted”, as well as Emad and Qadr ballistic missiles. However, the IDF said the barrage did not include any hypersonic missiles, according to Israeli media.  Iranian state media cited the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) as saying the missiles hit Nevatim, Hatzerim and Tel Nof airbases, as well as Israeli tanks in Netzarim – a reference to an Israeli military corridor in central Gaza – and gas installations in the southern city of Ashkelon.”

The video of the missiles hitting that gas rig are genuine.  Iran says it hit the Arrow defensive system with hypersonic weapons.  No wonder the Interceptors are in the short range and seemed too slow and too few for the incoming missiles.  Maybe it was mostly the iron dome in action but this dome is only for rockets and UAVs.  The Sun confirmed that witnesses said the Nevatim airbase was hit many times by missiles.  (One should watch the explosions in the sky more closely to see why some interceptors were exploding.)

If the following from Israel were true, they would win by showing the media how Iran failed.  They could show the minor damage with no pictures or films allowed.  The problem, though, is that there is nothing to stop authentic hypersonic missiles from knocking out the best defenses before the other missiles arrive.  Just an intuition, but I would bet the Iranian hypersonic missiles are better than the Russian ones.  (Iranians are something else!)    

BBC:  “On Wednesday, the IDF said several air force bases were damaged in the missile attack, but that no aircraft were damaged, according to Israeli media reports.

“Only administrative buildings and peripheral components were hit,” the IDF was quoted as saying, while adding that “upcoming missions remain unaffected”.

The IDF also reportedly said that damage to infrastructure and property in civilian areas was “only minor” and was likely to have been caused by shrapnel from intercepted missiles.”

The impressive gallery of speakers promoted peace, truth, justice, free speech, family sovereignty, monetary and medical freedom, privacy, and secured borders. The rally represented the “Make America Healthy Again” faction of the Trump presidential campaign and both principled, charismatic members of the Trump team who left the Democratic Party – RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard – spoke. (“A vote for Kamala Harris is a vote for Dick Cheney,” pro-peace Gabbard reminded the audience.) Trump’s VP JD Vance was not mentioned. Many speakers implored the audience to vote for Trump and assure the defeat of Harris-Walz.

There were numerous pleas to save the West, and repeated appeals to God, most notably Jordan Peterson and Russell Brand on their knees leading the in-person and online audiences in a prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. 

Bret Weinstein organized the event and tens of thousands showed up; millions more watched online from around the globe. The rally had been promoted for about a month, and while fans of the Dark Horse podcaster knew about the event, the otherwise lack of sufficient advance notice made it difficult for many to join those who had travelled from overseas to be there in person.

Rob Schneider and Lara Logan hosted; Jimmy Dore, Matt Tiabbi, Sen. Ron Johnson, Dr. Robert Malone, Jack Posobiec, Del Bigtree, Mary Holland, Mike Benz, Dr. Pierre Kory, Tyler Fischer and Walter Kirn were among those who spoke. Musical acts included The Defiant.

It is no secret that interference in the domestic politics of other states has become the norm for the current heads of the USA, Britain and the EU countries. With the use of various “dirty” methods they try to put countries on the track favorable for the West. Thus, the Western Balkans countries that didn’t join western blocks, despite they had been invited, currently suffer from intensive activity of the West. The primary target now is Serbia, publicly positioning itself not just as a strategic partner of Russia but even its ally. Moreover, the country does not recognize the independence of Kosovo, leaving no chance for the latter to join the EU.  To bring down the uncompromising Serbian government the West is ready to use all means and methods available, including instigating color revolutions, as well as discrediting the current President and his administration.
On the anniversary of the events in the village of Banjska in Kosovo new information on possible involvement of Serbian high-ranking officials in this armed incident is being spread. Probably, the Banjska attack, overgrowing with new details, is just a part of the information campaign, in the long term aimed at taking the closest associates of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic out of the political stage, thus weakening his authority to further bring into power a person, whose views will coincide with the political course of the western blocks. Now, it is more likely that the West is intended to wreck the negotiations between Russia and Serbia on prolongation of the agreement on gas supply by discrediting Aleksandar Vulin, one of the major figures in bilateral cooperation of Moscow and Belgrade.
We can only guess how the situation will develop: whether the information campaign would be enough for the West or it could go further and adopt more stringent measures, such as imposing sanctions against the country’s authorities or exerting pressure on undesirable political players.

Over a dozen years of my working life included substitute (I called it “mercenary”) teaching at the HS level. Throughout those years, I maintained a fit physique of 6’4″, 220-230#. I was adept at “command presence”.

My greatest classroom disciplinary challenges came from the banty roosters. Nevertheless, I succeeded in exiting that occupation without ever losing control of myself or my classroom. In addition, I succeeded in never touching any student in any way for any reason. Thus, my retirement years are unencumbered by any criminal charges or lawsuits. Maybe the US government should try my approach to conducting business: i.e. minding its own and deflecting others’ agendae.
